I’ve been SO into juicing lately! The weather has been super hot here in Southern California, veggies and fruits are totally abundant, and we’re sort of in the middle of a pandemic… and juicing is a great way to get in some extra vitamins each day. Since I started juicing celery everyday, I started to play around with other variations. This recipe in particular came to be because I accidentally ordered an enormously large bag of carrots from Whole Foods a while back and I just couldn’t find many creative things to make with them. Juicing the carrots seemed like the best way to go through the bag before they spoiled! So, while at the store the other day, I decided to buy a few green apples to add to my carrot juice idea.
